Apoera Mountainbike Challenge

Program

During the 8 days you will be on tour with a professional guide, support vehicle and optionally a technician. Along the way you will see a lot of beautiful nature, our guide will inform you about the things that we see. Our bus drive who follows us during the whole trip with a supporting vehicle carries your luggage, tents, hammocks, and all the materials that we need during this tour, he will take care of drinks and foods during the stops. We will also bring material and tools for the mountain bikes so that these will stay in good condition during the 8 days.

During the nights we will stay mostly in camps, next to creeks, where we can bathe and relax. We will sleep in tents or hammocks from Fietsen in Suriname. In Witigron and Apoera we’ll stay in guesthouses.

During this tour we will see a lot of flora and fauna; birds, insects, reptiles, mammals in many kinds and maybe we’ll meet a jaguar. Don’t be surprised if we have our own caught fish for dinner.
